Since all of our creations are created uniquely for you, we offer exchanges only with any of our products within 30 days. We will repair or replace any of our bracelets if they contain defective components or manufacturing defects within 12 months of purchase.

Our Return Policy Please call us and let us know why you are returning the item and let us know which item you would like to exchange it for. NOTE: We can not give credit for returns lost or damaged during shipment so please insure your package. It is very important that you package your item in a box to return it so that beads and watches don't get damaged. There will be additional fees if we need to replace beads or watch faces damaged during shipping. There are no returns or exchanges for special orders.

Special Orders: Special orders are an additional $10.00. There are no refunds or exchanges for special orders.

Please note: If you need to send an item back please put it in a box with some tissue or bubble wrap around it. If you mail it back in a flat letter sized envelope the item will get damaged.
